The service here was commendable to say the least. Quick, tentative and polite. The food was great as well. I had a "Backstop" hotdog. Came with a delicious hotdog covered in nacho cheese sauce and bacon crumbles. I asked for jalapenos to be added and a side of french fries. Saddly the frys were extra but certainly worth it. What a great meal that was. The enviroment was quiet and relaxing with some eating just outside the front door dining in the shade while others, like my wife and I, chose to eat indoors.Truely a Willits best kept secret.

Food was decent. For a place called burgers and brews the taplist was abysmal. Racer 5 was the best they had.

LOVE IT!!! My husband and I travel about once a month to Sacramento and Willets is about half way. We randomly stopped in and now it's our spot everytime we pass town. Heather is just awesome and Kayce is as sweet as can be. I requested my Mushroom Swiss burger to be cooked medium and it was pretty tasty.Only bummers I can say is the appetizers you can tell are frozen bulk and just don't taste good and don't go well when you're trying to showcase your great burgers with a sad looking and tasting side.Lastly...need more beer and wine seletion... very minimal. It says burgers and brew...get some more types of brew.Overall we do enjoy it and that's why we keep going back.

This was the perfect spot for lunch on our drive from Humboldt County to the Bay Area. I got the Mushroom & Swiss Burger with Tater Tots and a Hazy IPA.

We had lunch here today and was not impressed. Burgers not only over done but shrink up to almost the size of sliders... My dad got 3 bites of hamburger the rest was bun and veggies. I only ate a quarter of mine wish I would of taken a pic. But here's one of my brothers and my dads. Our waiter was amazing and on point. We told him he did a great job but the cook didn't. He was only allowed to comp our drinks. Here's what we didn't eat and a pic of our bill.

sum1 shud inform the waitress w/blak hair wrkn @ 16:20 on sunday 9/15 that those 2 stars wer lost cus, not only did she not bring the malt vinegar w/our fish & chips, but aftr we askd 4 it, she chose 2 do evrything but bring us malt vinegar, till i had 2 get up & find it myslf, bak in the kitchen area!

Fun place for a quick burger and beer. Not "the best" burger but I am a returning customer. Great fries and the wraps are REALLY good! ALWAYS great service. Only beer and wine, not a full bar. Nice bar/burger atmosphere.

The $14 double burger is worth every penny.. So big it's impossible to eat..I had to deconstruct it.. no room left foot the fries!

Fantastic lil burger joint. One best burgers I've had in long awhile. I substituted onionrings for fries and recieved well above the normal ratio of exchange. Good Beer on tap. Very pleased

The food was delicious and I would of gave it 5, for not the fact that when we went to pay they advised us they were a cash or check only business and that we would would have to find the nearest ATM. It's was 100 degrees outside. The ATM across the street was broken and to walk 2 blocks to another one. I'm not usually a complainer, but this really was inconvenient, the should post this fact!!!!!!!

Will never call in an order again. I called a three person order in on Sunday. Only one person who could take my families order looked at me blankly while I showed up 30 minutes later to pick up our order. All they had wad nothing, no food or trace of our order. We spent time in town running errands while we waited for out food that was never made. All the young lady did was say we dont have your order. She clearly remembered taking it but offered no recourse other than to say we don't have your order.. No discount nothing, not even an apology. Thanks for nothing. Looked at me like I wanted to wait another 30 minutes to support local buisness in a pandemic. Please can I? Maybe for businesses that understand we as consumers are the lifeline. Sure then I will wait a second time.. I Will make sure I tell everyone I know how you treat your local repeat customers.

I'm allergic to red meat, so it's fortunate they have my favorite patty for a burger which is the boca burger patty. I've always had fun with my friends when I went here. They're always friendly, and they don't rush you.

First and last visit. This place was way too overpriced for the quality of the food and for the service. Almost $60 for the two of us. After 3 refills they charge you, they waited until we were paying to tell us they only take cash or check, and when we looked for a sign that says that they don't take cards, there was not one to be found. We were lucky we had cash because the alternative was crossing the street to the ATM.

Great service, and food, in a nice atmosphere, with great local memorabilia. Cash and checks are the only forms of payment accepted (although there is a bank directly across the street).

Loved the place. Great atmosphere and food. It's easy to find on the main street and it has nice parking lot. My burger was cooked just perfectly and the fries were nice and crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Definitely a good place to eat.

I've ate at many good burger joints and this one looks great aesthetically but the burgers are not great. The rest of the food is decent I suppose. The service is generally ok though.
